Oxford Parks Precinct marks the burgeoning heart of Rosebank, featuring a super basement structure housing five architecturally striking buildings. Commencing with the BP Southern Africa Head Office, this landmark project encompasses 920m2 of retail space and 9129m2 of premium commercial office space.

Acknowledged for sustainability excellence, the BPSA project received a Special Mention in the AfriSam Innovation Award for Sustainable Construction. Concor Buildings, the contractor, secured top honors in the Building Contractors category at the Construction World’s 2019 Best Projects awards. Designed to embrace natural elements, the precinct fosters a vibrant atmosphere and prioritizes a pro-pedestrian and mixed-use concept, conveniently located near the Gautrain station. Commenced in April 2017, the project includes six buildings, with the commercial office space built to a P Grade standard, aiming for a minimum 4-star Green Star rating.
